The previous logrotate config signalled typesense-server with SIGHUP, which it treats as a shutdown request; it exited 0, and the vendor unit's `Restart=on-failure` does not fire on a clean exit. Rotation now uses `copytruncate`, and a drop-in sets `Restart=always`. Also corrects `recommended_instance_type` to t3.medium, which is what the listing already advertised and one of the offer's priced dimensions.
